Download FREE Printable Cards Here (PDF): CoolorUncoolPictureCards

This FREEBIE “Cool or Uncool” Picture Cards can be used to teach younger students to discriminate positive from negative school behaviors. It offers twelve cards depicting young children exhibiting both examples and non-examples of various learning to learn, behavior and social skills within the school setting.

When printed on cardstock, laminated and cut out these cards are ideal for conducting discrete trials with children on the autism spectrum. Discriminating “cool” from “uncool” behaviors is an important first step students must master before being able to consistently demonstrate appropriate school behaviors.

For higher functioning children, these cards can be used to teach behavior expectations as well as emotional literacy and language skills. The cards also work well as conversation starters and writing prompts.
